I had a lot of trouble getting help making my Sony Ericsson K610i send/receive MMS on the Optus network. Googling yeilded nothing helpful and both the Optus and SE site which was supposed to help did not work - the Optus one didn't even send me a set of settings that could be installed and the SE ones were wrong. It was a shame that Optus Customer and Tech Support couldn't help me - I hope this helps you.

I will add this disclaimer - it worked for me - I can not guarentee that it will work for you or that if you use these settings you will not be charged more than usual. I don't know why these settings worked and the others didn't. So if you follow these instructions or use these settings then you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK. I am not responsilbe for the risk you choose to take. Like I said I don't know how this impacts upon your data charges either.
